Return Process

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and quality-checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
